Profile Definition

The Super Admin, also known as the “Master User,” is the primary point of contact between the Company and Compliasset. They are responsible for registering and managing access for employees and the compliance team, configuring the platform’s initial features, and ensuring that the system is functioning in accordance with the organization’s needs.

Only one super administrator is allowed per company.

How can I distinguish this profile from the others in the system?

The super administrator is identified by the green ‘Admin’ tag next to their name. This identification can be viewed in the “Users” section of the system, located in the left-hand menu.

Note: The super administrator's profile cannot be edited by another member. If you need to make any changes or replace the super administrator, please send a request to our support team via email.

Connection: Super Administrator and Compliasset

The Super Administrator is the key link between the Company and Compliasset, serving as the central point of communication with the system. All important messages and notifications will be sent to this profile, ensuring that the Super Administrator is always up to date on the latest platform news, daily bulletins, and changes to the Schedule.

Contract-related questions, clarifying issues regarding the terms and conditions of the contract as well as the modules selected, and assisting with the selection or removal of modules that best fit your needs. In addition, it provides information on general system costs, including training prices, quotes, and other services related to the tool.
