Members play a key role in the company's day-to-day compliance activities, being directly involved in activities related to this area.
Due to their relevance, they have a broader interface in the system. However, it is crucial to note that, although they have access to the system's features, there are distinctions between member profiles.
➡️ How to register a member?
Before registering as a member, this user must first be registered as a contributor.
Once you have registered as a contributor, go back to the left-hand menu on the screen and select “Settings” > “Users.”
When accessing the screen, click on the “+” button located in the upper right corner of the screen:
Now it is time to create and define the member's profile in the system. First, you must select which of the listed employees will be designated as a member.
Next, considering the difference between access profiles, choose whether this member will be an Administrator or a User. Finally, you can specify which areas of the system they will have access to.
After making any changes or edits, click “Confirm.”
Note: If you need to revert this member's access to collaborator status, follow the same procedure and, in the “Profile” field, select the “Collaborator” option and confirm to save.
