➡️ "Invalid Username or Password" or "Password Expired"
If you have forgotten or lost your login credentials, an invalid login message will appear on the screen when you try to log in, and you will need to reset your password. If you see a "Password Expired" message instead, it means it's time to create a new password.
To do so, click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Enter the email address registered in the system and click "Recover."
Please make sure the email address provided is correctly registered in the system. This can be verified by your company administrator.
You will then receive an email with instructions and a link to create your new password.
Please note that your new password must contain at least:
One uppercase letter;
One lowercase letter;
One number;
One special character (e.g. *, !, @, #), and;
8 characters in total (including letters, numbers, and the special character)
⚠️ Your password cannot begin with a special character.
Re-enter the password and click "Confirm" to save it. You can then log in using your newly created password.
➡️ "Access Blocked" Message
After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily blocked. If this happens, please contact your company's compliance team to have your access restored.
