How do I create my account?
Registration must be done by a member of your team who already has access to the system. If you are the super administrator and this is your first time accessing the system, check the credentials sent to your email with the title ‘Welcome to Compliasset’ received after opening the environment.
What are the login methods?
Your own system password;
Via Google;
Via Office 365, and;
Via SSO (for more information, please contact us).
When I access my account, the system says ‘invalid username and password.’ What should I do?
Check if the email address you entered is registered in our system;
Click on the 👁️ icon to confirm that the password you entered is correct; and
Check if the CAPS LOCK key is enabled on your keyboard.
I have followed the steps above and even after confirming my login credentials, I am still unable to log in. What should I do now?
Request a password reset by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” button and follow the instructions that will be sent to your email address.
I did not receive the instructions by email. How can I proceed?
Check your spam folder.
Check your junk mail folder.
Make sure that emails with the @compliasset.com domain are not blocked on your network.
Confirm with the person responsible for your registration that your email address is correct in the system or that your access is not blocked.

My account has been blocked due to invalid login attempts. What now? 😨
Members of your company's compliance team will be notified by email when there is a block in the system and will be responsible for unblocking it. Alternatively, wait 24 hours to try to access it again.
My password has expired, but when I try to reset it, I am asked for my old password, which I no longer remember. What should I do?
Return to the login screen;
Click on “Forgot your password?”;
Reset your access using the instructions received by email, and;
Access the system with the new password using the link corresponding to your company listed in the first question.
After trying to log in, an ERROR 500 page appears. What could be the reasons?
Attempting to log in using an email address that has been deactivated in the system, or;
Email linked to a deleted environment.
When trying to access the system, the following message appears: “The company you are trying to connect to is no longer available.” What should I do?
Contact our support team via chat or email.
How can I increase the security of my account?
You can enable two-factor authentication. This way, when you try to log in, a code will be sent to your email for confirmation purposes. To enable this option, follow the instructions in this article.
Who can access the system?
Only users who are registered as employees. Service providers registered as Third Parties, for example, do not have any access to the system.
