The “My Profile” section is available to all users of the system and can be easily customized with your personal settings and preferences, for both members and contributors.
In this article, we'll cover all the features available for member profiles!
Accessing the settings
To access it, look for the button with your initials or photo next to the gray notification bell in the upper-right corner of the screen:
When you click on the “My Profile” section, the following information and settings will be displayed:
Description of the settings
Name and Email: The name and email fields cannot be edited. If you need to change them, please contact our support team here.
Language: You can set the system language to either Portuguese or English.
Default Pagination: Choose how many records per page you want to view in the system. For a better and faster experience, we recommend always using between 10 and 25 records per page.
Weekly Reminder: Enable this option if you want to receive an email every Monday with system activities that are due that week, whether they are assigned to you or not.
Use Two-Step Authentication: To ensure extra security when logging into the system, enable this option to receive a code via email to complete the login process.
Device expiration: Set how often your password will be requested to validate access to the system on your devices. The maximum allowed is 60 days.
Profile Photo: Finally, to make your system even more personalized, add a photo to your profile.
To save one or more changes, click “Confirm” and you're done!
