When a new registration is made, a welcome email is sent from contato@compliasset.com with the initial login credentials, including a temporary login and password.
To access the system, simply click on the link provided in the email, or go directly to the login screen.
Important: We recommend that you use the link sent in the email to access the site to ensure that you are using the correct domain for your company, such as app, abrapp, payments, or others.
Once you reach the login screen, enter your email address and temporary password in the fields provided.
However, if you prefer, you can also log in via your Office 365 or Google account. To do so, simply click on “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Office 365”.
➡️ I lost the email with my password. What should I do now?
If you have lost the email with your password, or want to change it, just follow these steps:
Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen;
Add your registered email address and click on “Recover”;
Once you receive an email to reset your password, click on the link and create a new one.
Once this is done, simply log back into the system using your new password. Or, if you need to help a colleague with this procedure, just enter their email address when recovering your password.
