The Calibrate module in ConCntric allows you to compare any projects in your portfolio with the ability to normalize cost by time and location. Start by clicking the plus sign to select the projects you want to add to the comparison.

You can decide if you want to show only projects with the same omniclass category or all categories.

You can also use the available filters to easily locate the projects you are looking for.

From the view settings menu, you can customize what data appear in the upper part of calibrate. This will affect the data you see in this view and in the drilled down view.

You can also customize the metric used in Calibrate, such as dollars per square foot. These metrics change based on the cost data in the projects used in the comparison.

For a more detailed analysis, you can display the costs per component to compare between projects.

When you go to the Drill down view, you can focus on individual divisions.

When you choose to display costs per component, click the plus sign to choose which component from each project corresponds to the selected component on top of this menu.
