For a more detailed analysis in Calibrate, click on Drill down to explore the cost comparison per division.

On the top of the page, you can choose the appropriate cost classification system, and how to display the costs, whether totals, dollars per GSF, or other units depending on the projects you are comparing.

You can compare the projects as a whole or focus on individual components. You can create the needed comparison sets by clicking on the plus icon and choosing the appropriate projects and components.

In the tabular format, you can click on each line item to go into more details and compare the cost of work among projects. You can also select the division you want from the cost classification tree.

When you display your cost comparison in a chart, you can customize the way the chart appears, click on each division to see its average cost among the selected projects, and how it compares to those projects. Charts can also be used with comparison sets.
