You can add items directly to the library by clicking on Create New Idea and filling out the required details.

Alternatively, when creating a value optioneering item in a project environment, you can check "Add to ForeSite library on creation under: and choose the appropriate classification.

You can sort your ideas by format, category, or any customizable column, ensuring you find exactly what you need, when you need it.

The same concept applies to the Issues Library. When you create new issues, or editing existing ones, you can add them to the Library so they can be used on other projects.

You can also add new Issues directly in the Library.

The filtering tools on top of the Library helps you easily find Issues.

Similarly, you can use the Risks library to store common risks among projects. When you create a new risk item, or edit an existing one, you can add it to the Library so it can be easily accessed when creating risks on another projects.

You can also create new risk items directly in the library by clicking New Risk Template and filling in the required details.

Once you have items in your library, you can use them across your projects. For example, in ForeSite, instead of creating an item from scratch, you can add it from the library and continue filling out the project specific details.

You can do the same in the Issue Management solution, where you can add issues from the library.
