Key Terms

  • In progress projects are projects to which you uploaded at least one estimate.

  • Draft projects have the initial details added but no estimates. These could be either new projects or legacy projects.

  • Abandoned projects are projects that you worked on during preconstruction, but never reached the construction stage. These could also be new or legacy projects.

  • Completed projects are projects you worked on in ConCntric during preconstruction, and they then moved into construction.

  • Legacy projects are projects that were built before using ConCntric and you added them for benchmarking.

  • Concept projects are created in Concept Hub.

Summary

  1. As you add more projects, the list becomes very long and exhaustive. ConCntric gives you the tools to navigate through this list and organize your projects.

  2. The quickest way to find a project is the search bar. Simply start typing the project's name, and the project will appear in the list.

  3. You can also organize your projects by status.

  4. These statuses can be modified in the projects Details page. Also on this page, you can modify the project's classification which you set upon project creation.

  5. This classification can also be used to filter through the projects list.

  6. You can also use some other filters to sort through projects based on their attributes.

  7. You can also decide which columns to show in this table to show or hide more project information. You can click on any column heading to sort the table.

  8. Finally, if needed, you can export the projects list to pdf or Excel.
