Summary
When you are create a new project in ConCntric, you can require that all invited members sign an NDA before being able to access the project.
You can also activate NDA requirement on any existing project by going to the Project Details page and turning on "Requires NDA".
When activating an NDA on an existing project, you can decide what to do with existing project members. You can remove them from the project, or keep them and specify their NDA Status.
The next step would be to prepare the NDA template. Without a template, members can upload a signed document. If you have a template, upload it to ConCntric.
Then draw a box where members should sign, and click publish template.
When a project admin now goes to Manage members, they can see the NDA status of each. If a member does not sign the NDA in ConCntric, an admin can exempt them or upload their signed NDA.
When a member receives an NDA to sign, the project will not appear on their projects page until they sign.
Once they do, they will gain access to the project. The admin on their end can see that their NDA status automatically changed to Verified.
The NDA template can be replaced if needed, and when the admin does that, they can decide whether project members need to re-sign or the template contains only minor edits.
