How does Concreit select projects?
How does Concreit select projects?

Your investment is aggregated with all other investments made through our app. We are continuously vetting and running due diligence on deals brought to us by multiple strategic partners.

At a very high level, our process looks like this:

  1. Real estate companies submit projects to our partners.

  2. Concreit conducts a basic screening to ensure it's up to company standards.

  3. Projects go through an intense underwriting process, which includes:

  • Credit and background check

  • Experience and track record check

  • On-site visit

  • In-depth schedule and budget analysis

  • Market analysis (supply and demand, demographics, etc.)

  • Sale/refinance stress tests

4. Once we establish a deal that we believe will achieve our goals for the funds, we will send the deal to our Investment Advisory Committee for approval. If approved, Concreit acquires the investment.
