At a very high level, our process looks like this:
Real estate companies submit projects to our partners.
Concreit conducts a basic screening to ensure it's up to company standards.
Projects go through an intense underwriting process, which includes:
Credit and background check
Experience and track record check
On-site visit
In-depth schedule and budget analysis
Market analysis (supply and demand, demographics, etc.)
Sale/refinance stress tests
4. Once we establish a deal that we believe will achieve our goals for the funds, we will send the deal to our Investment Advisory Committee for approval. If approved, Concreit acquires the investment.
