Allow users to download PDFs to their computer

Download From Browser allows users to quickly download an attachment to their computer's Downloads folder, without installing a program. 

An administrator can enable this option for all users with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click on Intake Download.

  3. Scroll down and check the box for Enable Download From Browser

  4. Save Changes.

Users will now see the following download button added to their message preview toolbar:
