Once a message is successfully sent to the intended recipient, users can generate a Delivery Summary (commonly used as a fax confirmation page) page to document the status of the delivered message.

Any message with a status of Delivered has the option to generate a Delivery Summary when the message is opened.

The Delivery Summary contains relevant information including:

  • Status of the delivery

  • Date/time stamp for that status in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

  • To (Destination)

  • From (Sender)

  • Patient name (If configured)

  • Patient ID

  • Subject

  • For faxes, the number of pages sent

    • The number of pages reflects the number of pages for the attachment as well as any relevant addendums, such as the cover page and message body.
