It is important to provide proof of performance for various concerns. It should also be noted that some types of products require a different proof.

  • The “First and Last Login” should always be verifiable.

    Here it can be proven whether the customer has logged into his member area.

  • Performance progress

    The progress in the member area indicates that the customer has consumed the content.

  • Chats/Messages/E-Mails

    This refers to any chats or other exchanges between you as the product manufacturer and the customer. It must be clearly recognizable that it is a conversation between you and your customer.

  • Proof of delivery

    In the case of a physical product, evidence of delivery must be available.

  • Created documents

    All documents created for the customer.

    Example: a certificate of participation

  • Legal notice
