How Zebra Printers Work

For shipping labels, Corksy supports printing in ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) format. Users can generate and print shipping labels directly by selecting the "Print Shipping Label" option after fulfilling an order. Please note that this functionality is exclusively available on the Admin portal.

Admin Portal

  • Shipping labels can be printed via Zebra printers on the Admin portal.

  • Requirements:

    • The order must have the ZPL image type selected for the shipping label.

  • Setup Steps:

    1. Download the Zebra Browser Print application.

    2. Install the application and configure your printer settings.

    3. Log in and connect to the Zebra printer.

    4. After setup, users can successfully print shipping labels.

NOTE : The POS portal does not support printing shipping labels using a Zebra printer.

Troubleshooting

Solution Steps

  1. Uninstall the Zebra Browser Print application from your computer.

  2. Reinstall the latest version from the official Zebra support page:
