This document explains which orders can have their location changed, which cannot, and how to update an order's location in Corksy.
When you change the inventory location, the inventory will be replenished at the previous location and reduced at the new location.
Which orders can be updated?
Orders with the status Fulfilled can have their location changed.
Currently, this option is available for:
Admin Orders
E-Commerce Orders
Wine Club Orders
Manual Orders
Which orders cannot be changed?
POS Orders
Currently ineligible for order edits but may be updated in future releases.
How to Change the Order Location
1. Log into your Corksy admin account (https://admin.corksy.io/auth/login) and navigate to the Orders:
Admin → Orders Menu → Orders Listing Page
2. Select an Order:
Click on any of the following order types:
Admin Orders
E-Commerce Orders
Wine Club Orders
Manual Orders
3. View the Order:
Click on the order to open its details.
4. Access the Change Location Option:
Click the three-dot menu next to the Refund button.
A dropdown will appear with two options:
Print Package Slip
Change Inventory Location
5. Change the Location:
Select Change Inventory Location from the dropdown.
A popup will appear listing all available locations.
The current location of the order is displayed at the top.
Select the new location where the order should be reassigned.
Click Save by selecting the Change Location button.
