How to View a Customer Profile in the Corksy Admin Portal
This article explains how to view a customer’s profile in the Corksy Admin Portal.
1. Log into the Corksy Admin Portal
Sign in with your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to the Customers Tab
In the left-hand navigation, click Customers
A list of customer records will appear
3. Open a Customer Profile
On the right side of any customer’s row, click the Actions dropdown
Select View to open the full customer profile
Customer Profile Overview
Once the profile is open, you'll see detailed information about the customer and access to multiple tools.
Customer Info and Order History
On the right-hand side, you’ll see key customer details and any assigned tags
Past orders are listed in the Order History section
Click the three-dot menu next to any order and select View to open order details
You'll also see the total number of orders and the customer’s lifetime spend
Create an Order on your Customer's Behalf
You can click Create Order from the profile if a customer calls in or places an in-store order while you're logged into the admin portal.
Wine Club Memberships
This section displays any wine clubs the customer is currently subscribed to
Click the arrow next to a wine club to view shipping address, payment method, package count, and total
Statuses include: Active, Paused, and Cancelled
Use the three-dot menu to the right of the wine club to:
View
Pause
Switch
Cancel
You can also click Add Wine Club Subscription to assign them to a new wine club. This will open a dialog to complete setup.
Notification Events
This section shows individual email notifications sent to the customer
Note: Bulk emails (like certain wine club sends) and emails sent from your marketing provider (i.e. Mailchimp; Klaviyo) are not included in this list
Internal Notes and Tag Management
At the bottom of the profile, you’ll see any internal notes added by your team
You can manage and assign customer tags directly from here
You can also create new tags if needed
