Understanding Corksy's Email Integration
Corksy integrates with both Mailchimp and Klaviyo to help you send targeted emails to your customers. Here's how to get started if you're new to Corksy and our email marketing integration.
Using Klaviyo or Mailchimp? We’ve got platform-specific setup guides to help you get the most out of your integration.
Not using either? No problem — you can still export your customer data from Corksy and import it into any email marketing platform.

Pushing Native Segments to Your Email Platform
You will be able to push 4 native customer segments from Corksy to your email marketing platform. The steps below are the same for both Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Navigate to the Marketing tab in your portal and click "Create Segment":
Choose a segment type from the drop-down:
For example, we’ll use “Successful purchase: last x days” using 90-days as the look-back window. Press Save.
The segment will save in the Marketing screen on your Corksy platform:
To view the details of the segment you built click "Actions". Please note that it may take up to ~1 hour to populate the customer segment depending on the size of the audience:
To view the customers in this segment, click "View Customers". When you click View Customers, you’ll see customers who opted in to receive emails at checkout. The details shown include:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Note: Currently, our native segments only send First Name, Last Name & Email. See export section for more detailed customer information imports into your email marketing platform.
To send the customer list to your Mailchimp or Klaviyo account, click "Send" from the “Actions” drop-down:
Under Campaign, choose Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Enter a Tag Name to label the audience in your email platform.
Click Save. Once synced, your email platform will receive the audience, and you can send the campaign from there.
To ensure the customer segment has been sent to your email marketing platform, navigate to the “Actions” dropdown & click “View sent details”:
Sent On – When the native customer segment was sent
Sent To – The platform used (Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
Tag – The tag you used to label the campaign
Status – Whether the native customer segment was delivered or failed
View – Click to see more customer info
To remove a segment you no longer need, click “Delete” under the “Actions” dropdown.
💡: How do I find my audience in Klaviyo or Mailchimp?
