Fulfilling a Pickup Order through the Corksy Admin Portal

From your Corksy admin portal, go to Orders

  • Locate the desired order and click Actions → Fulfill → Fulfill Items

  • The order status will change to Fulfilled

If needed, you can also print packing slips or mark as picked up manually.


Fulfilling a Pickup Order through the Corksy POS (Cart and Orders)

From the Point of Sale (cart):

  • Use the Search Bar to find the customer by name

  • Click the cart slide out icon to open their customer profile

  • Under Outstanding orders, select the order → Fulfill Items

This will mark the order as Fulfilled and complete the pickup in-person.

From the Point of Sale (Orders tab):

  • From your Corksy POS, select menu, go to Orders

    • Locate the desired order and click Actions → Fulfill → Fulfill Items

    • The order status will change to Fulfilled

This will mark the order as Fulfilled and complete the pickup in-person.


Fulfilling a Shipment through the Corksy Admin Portal (3rd Party, Integration, Manual)

Manual fulfillment:

  • From your Corksy admin portal, go to the Orders tab

    • Locate the desired order and click Actions → Fulfill Item → (Optional) Enter Tracking Number and Shipping Carrier → Fulfill Item

Integrated shipping:

  • From your Corksy admin portal, go to the Orders tab

    • Locate the desired order and click Actions → Create carrier postage directly

  • Choose package type, shipping service, label size, image type, and ship date

  • Click Buy Labels → Confirm

  • Print shipping labels and packing slips in selecting more options (3 dots)

3rd-party shipping:

  • From your Corksy admin portal, go to the Orders tab

    • Locate the desired order > Select Export

  • Download CSV or Excel

  • Share with your fulfillment partner

  • Orders can be manually marked as fulfilled in the admin portal

  • From your Corksy POS, select menu, go to Orders

    • Locate the desired order and click Actions → Fulfill Item → (Optional) Enter Tracking Number and Shipping Carrier → Fulfill Item

Understanding Fulfillment Statuses in Corksy

Status

Meaning

All

All orders, regardless of status

Fulfilled

Order has been picked up or shipped

Unfulfilled

Order is paid, but none of the items have been picked up or shipped.

Restock

One of more items in the order were restocked

Partially fulfilled

Order is paid, and some items have been fulfilled - one or more still need to be fulfilled

Ready to fulfill

Order is paid and awaiting fulfillment - no items have been shipped or picked up yet.


Using Bulk Fulfillment in Corksy

To fulfill large numbers of shipping orders:

  • Go to Orders → Bulk Fulfillment → Create Fulfillment

  • Filter to choose which type of orders to include

  • Select orders and proceed in one of two ways:

  1. Buy labels via integration:

  • Enter package details

  • Choose shipping method and date

  • Click Buy Labels

  • Once generated, bulk print labels and packing slips

2. Export for external fulfillment:

  • Select Export and Generate Shipping Labels Externally

  • Share with third-party shipper

  • Once shipped, return to fulfillment and click Fulfill Items to mark as complete
