Add Products in POS

Create new products directly from the POS with the same fields and functionality as the admin portal.

Create a Product in POS

  1. From your POS, tap the Products icon.

  2. Click Create Product in the top right corner.

  3. Fill out all required fields (e.g., name, product type, size).

  4. Choose where the product should be sold:

    • Online Store

    • POS

    • Or POS only

  5. Save your changes.

The product creation form mirrors the same structure and fields found in the Admin Portal.


User Access Permissions

  • Only users with the correct permissions can create products in the POS.

  • Manage this in the Admin Portal > User Role Settings.


Product Sync with Admin Portal

  • Any product created in the POS is automatically synced to the Admin Portal.

  • Changes made in one view are reflected in both systems.

This makes it easy for team members in the tasting room to quickly add sellable items without needing admin access.
