Product Visibility Across Sales Channels

Learn how to show or hide products and bundles in your online store, Wine Club, and POS systems.

Locate Sales Channel Settings

  1. Go to Products > Edit for an existing product or bundle.

  2. Look for the section near the Status field:

    • Status options: Active or Draft.

    • Below status, you’ll see sales channel checkboxes:

      • Online Store

      • Wine Club

      • POS


Set Availability for Each Channel

  • Online Store: Product will appear on your website and be available for standard purchase.

  • Wine Club: Product will only appear inside Wine Club packages or open selections (not in the general store).

  • POS: Product will be visible for tasting room or in-person sales.

You can select one, two, or all channels based on your business needs.


Special Rules for Wine Club

  • If only Wine Club is selected:

    • The product will not appear in the online store.

    • It will only be available for Wine Club members within:

      • Open packages

      • Default club selections

  • Important:

    • Wine Club-only products cannot be purchased from the online store, even by members.

    • This functionality is limited to club shipments and selections.


POS Settings and Restrictions

  • If POS is selected:

    • The product will show on your POS interface.

    • If you have multiple POS locations, you can limit visibility to specific logins or locations.

  • If POS is not selected, staff cannot sell the item through POS.


Admin Manual Order Exception

  • Regardless of channel selection:

    • Admin users can add any product to a manual order via the Orders page.

  • This rule does not apply to POS users. For POS sales, the product must be enabled for POS.
