Supported Printer Configurations

Corksy currently supports PrintNode-connected printers for receipt and item printing.

You cannot mix a PAX printer and a PrintNode printer in the same POS setup. If you want to use two separate printers—such as one in the tasting room and another in the kitchen—both must be connected to the same PrintNode account and installed on the same computer.

For full setup instructions, refer to the Receipt Printer Setup Guide.

Sending Items to a Secondary Printer

Once both printers are connected to the same PrintNode account and recognized by your computer:

Step 1: Set Your Default Printer

  • Log in to Corksy POS

  • Go to ☰ Menu > Settings > Printer Settings

  • Choose PrintNode as your printer method

  • Set your main receipt printer (this is not the secondary printer)

  • Enter your API key and printer ID

This default printer will be used for receipts unless otherwise selected.

Step 2: Add Items to the Cart

  • Start a new order in Corksy POS

  • Add at least one product

  • (Optional) Add a customer to the order

Step 3: Send Items to Printer

  • Click More Actions > Send Items to Printer

  • Select the item(s) you'd like to send

    • Example: Send only food items to a kitchen printer

    • Example: Send bottle orders to a fulfillment station

  • (Optional) Add a note for modifiers like “no lettuce” or “extra chilled”

Step 4: Choose a Secondary Printer

  • At the bottom of the dialog, use the Printer dropdown

  • Select your secondary printer (e.g. kitchen or fulfillment printer)

  • Click Send Items to Printer

Once sent:

  • The checkbox next to the item will disappear (indicating it's printed)

  • A green indicator will appear next to the item

  • This prevents reprinting or accidental duplication
