If a product is not showing up when building a wine club package, it’s typically due to one of two reasons:
the product is not Active or not available on the Wine Club sales channel, or
the product has no available inventory.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1. Check Product Status and Sales Channel Availability
Go to the Products tab in your Corksy admin portal.
Search for the product you’re trying to add to the wine club package.
Click the pencil icon to edit the product.
Under the Status section:
Confirm the product is set to Active.
Ensure Wine Club is selected under Available On sales channels.
Click Save if any changes were made.
2. Check Product Inventory Levels
In the admin portal, go to the Products tab and click on the Inventory tab.
Search for the product and verify that there is inventory available.
Ensure inventory is present at the location used for fulfilling wine club orders (pickup and/or shipping).
3. Confirm Fulfillment Locations and Inventory Settings
Go to Settings → Inventory Locations.
Under Fulfillment Rules, confirm that the appropriate pickup and shipping locations have inventory assigned.
Add inventory to those locations if needed.
Once these items are confirmed, your product should appear when building a wine club package. Let us know if you continue to experience issues.
