Why was my cashback rejected or not tracked?

In some cases, cashback may not be tracked or may be marked as rejected if the purchase does not meet the offer requirements.

Common reasons include:

  • The cashback offer was not activated before making the purchase

  • Cookies were disabled or blocked during checkout

  • The purchase was completed on a different browser, device, or tab

  • The order was cancelled, returned, or refunded

  • The item or purchase does not qualify under the retailer’s terms and conditions

If your cashback was not tracked, it will not appear in your account.

What you can do

To help prevent missing cashback in the future:

  • Always activate the cashback offer before shopping

  • Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser

  • Complete your purchase in the same session after activation

  • Avoid using ad blockers or tracking restrictions
