Import Contacts in Bulk to Your CCK Website

To add Contacts in bulk to your CCK website, download your contact template by opening your Contact module, then selecting the More button and clicking Export.

You will receive an email from the CCK system with your contact CSV file template.

Use this exact template to re-upload your contacts in bulk. All contacts that you want to upload in bulk have to be added to this template and the document needs to remain in CSV format.

If you want to add bulk uploaded contacts as website members, you have to add a number 1 in the Registered column as shown below. Make sure that you type the correct Member Group name in your Member Groups column as shown below.

Be aware that bulk-uploaded members will not receive an automatic login email from the system with their login details. To send a password email to bulk-uploaded users, manually open a contact's details and select the reset password option as shown below.

Alternatively, if you want to let bulk uploaded users know that they can log into your course or reset their passwords, send an email with a link to your student login page and ask your users to reset their passwords using the reset password link.

Re-upload your contacts by selecting the More button and clicking Import.

Confirm that you have the right to contact these contacts on the pop-up screen, then click the Import Now button to import your CSV file.

When uploading your CSV file, make sure that your CRM Property matches the uploaded fields as shown below.

Export Contacts in Bulk
