In order for CCK to assist in updating your DNS settings for your domain on CCK, the Support Team would need to be given access to your NameCheap domain. Here are the steps to follow
Please set our access permissions to: Give manager some permissions
Add the CCK Support Team as:
Name: CCK Support
Tick all of the boxes as shown in the image below:
