Digital products are digital files or images that can be in the following formats: PDF files, PNG files, JPG files and audio files such as MP3 files.
The maximum file size for a Digital Product is 320MB.
User login or new user registrations will not be created in your CCK membership area for digital products.
Download Link
Customers will be sent a secure link to download the file after purchase via email by the CCK system. Every link is unique and active only for 24 hours after the first download.
Customers can download the file multiple times in the first 24 hours. After this time, they will receive an error message.
Your customer will receive 2 x system emails after they purchased a digital product. The first email is your email invoice, and the second email is the email containing the download link to your digital product.
1. System Email: Email Invoice
The system sends an automated invoice email with a summary of the products they purchased
Email Subject: Your order is complete
Sender Email: the email address you added under Applications> Email Server
2. System Email: Digital Download Details
This system email confirms their digital download link as shown below.
Email Subject: Your membership details
Sender Email: the email address you added under Applications> Email Server
Once your customer clicks the download link, they are taken to your system download page where they will be able to download the file - see the page below.
You can update your system download page by going to Builder ➡ Pages ➡ System Pages ➡ Download Ordered File Page
