Exporting Data in Courted
Exporting in Courted allows you to take the insights you uncover and put them into action outside of the tool. Whether you're preparing for a leadership meeting, coaching an agent, or uploading contacts into your CRM, exports help you move from analysis to execution.
Below is an overview of what you can export, what’s included, and how to choose the right format for your needs.
Exporting Agent Searches
You can export results from any new Agent Search. This is especially useful when you’ve applied specific filters and want to operationalize that list for outreach, recruiting campaigns, or internal tracking.
Agent search exports include:
All data visible in the agent search table
Agent contact information, including email, phone number, and home address (provided we receive it from the MLS)
If you’ve already curated a list of agents using a Watchlist or Saved Search, you can export that segment at any time.
Exception: In Northwest MLS, contact information cannot be exported due to MLS regulations. All other agent data will still be included.
Exporting Market Share & Market Trends Reports
Market Share and Market Trends reporting can be exported in two formats, depending on your needs.
You can export:
A PDF report, ideal for leadership presentations, strategic planning discussions, and high-level reviews
A table of raw data, allowing you to download the underlying data for deeper analysis
Exporting to PDF provides a clean, presentation-ready summary of trends and performance. Exporting the raw data allows you to manipulate the numbers, run additional analysis, and incorporate the data into internal dashboards or reports.
If you're reviewing territory shifts, competitive gains, or long-term production trends, exporting ensures you can document and act on those insights.
Exporting Agent Profiles & Comparisons
In addition to list exports, you can generate professional PDF reports for individual agents and comparisons.
An Agent Profile export includes:
Last 12 months production overview
Sales volume-over-time bar chart
10 most recent transactions
Specialization highlights
Note: Regardless of time frame selected on agent profile, the PDF export will only include data from the Last 12 Months.
These reports are particularly useful for recruiting presentations and one-on-one coaching conversations.
To export an agent profile:
Click the three-dot menu at the top of the agent profile
Select Export Profile
To export a comparison:
Navigate to the Comparisons tab
Set your comparison and date range filters
Click "Export to PDF" button in the upper right corner
Why Is the Export Option Unavailable?
To protect MLS data and ensure compliance with regulations, Courted monitors for anomalous bulk export activity. If a large number of exports have occurred in a short period, the system may temporarily disable exporting. If this happens, please reach out to our team. We’ll review your use case and restore access as appropriate.
