Find agents who are an ideal fit for your brokerage in seconds

Agent Search

The Agent Search feature allows you to quickly and easily find agents who meet your specific criteria. You can filter agents by market, experience, specialization, and more.

To access the Agent Search feature, click on the Agent Search tab in the main navigation.


Overview of Agent Search

The Agent Search page displays a list of all agents who meet your current filter criteria. You can sort the list by name, experience, specialization, or any other column by clicking on the column header. You can also view each agent's profile by clicking on their name.

The number of results found from your search will display on the upper left-hand corner:

Initially, you'll see the first 20 results from your search. You can update how many you see per page by clicking on the drop-down menu in the bottom left hand side of the page and adjusting the pagination to 20, 50, or 100 per page.

Use the Previous or Next buttons, or click on the page numbers directly to navigate pages:


Filtering Results

You can use a variety of filters to narrow down your search results. To add a filter, click on the Filters button on the top right corner of the screen.

Once you're happy with your filters, click Apply to view your results, or click Reset to start over:

Once you have applied some filters, you'll see the applied filters displayed above the search table. You can click the x on any individual filter to remove it, click Clear Filters to clear all of the filters, or click Filters again to edit any filters.

Saving a Search

If you find a set of filters that you use frequently, you can save that search by either:

  1. Clicking Save search once you already have filters applied, OR

  2. Opening the Agent Search side navigation and clicking Create Saved Search

Once you have saved searches, any saved searches with new agents that meet the search criteria will appear with a red dot next to the saved search name:

The new agents will also display at the top of your search results and will be noted with a New! tag.

Quick Tip: Courted starts you out with three pre-created saved searches that we think might be helpful. Make sure to edit those and add filters for location & production levels that are relevant to you!


Editing a Saved Search

If you want to edit a saved search,

  1. Click into your saved search

  2. Click the Edit Filters button

  3. Adjust your filters and click Apply

  4. You'll see a box in the top right corner that says Unsaved changes - click that button and select either Delete changes to cancel, Updated saved search to save your changes, or Save as a New Search to create a new search.

Deleting a Saved Search

  1. Navigate to your saved search

  2. Click the 3 dots next to the search name

  3. Click Delete


Exporting Results

You can export a list of agents to a CSV file for further analysis. To do this, click on the Export button in the top right corner of the page.

You can export up to 1,000 results from Agent Search at a time!
