Within Agent Search, you have the ability to filter to a set of agents to recruit, based on sales volume, time in industry, current brokerage, and much more. Below are some Essential Searches we recommend saving to your Courted account in order to access highly targeted, productive segments of agents to recruit, as well as efficiently identify agents in your offices who may need help.

We recommend creating each of these searches within agent search and then saving each search with the recommended name provided, so they are always accessible within Courted

Recruiting

Search 1: Co-brokes - Last 90 days

Filters:

  • Mutual Connections → select “last 3 months”

  • Exclude managing brokers

  • Exclude agents at your office

Purpose: To curate warm introductions and identify potential opportunities with agents who have shared connections with you recently. These are low-hanging fruit from a recruiting standpoint – make sure to check with your own agents that they had a good experience working with the co-broke agent before reaching out.

Search 2: Vulnerable / Hungry Agents Near My Offices

Filters:

  • Select “near my offices” OR type in one or more locations

  • Select “no active or pending”

  • Exclude “Closed a sale in last 90 days”

  • Exclude “Managing broker / Manager”

  • Exclude "Agents at My Offices"

  • Set a sales volume minimum or range to find your ideal agent profile.

  • (optional) Potential to Move = High

Purpose: To identify agents who might be struggling currently but have shown capacity for high sales, making them good candidates for recruitment or support. These are agents who have not seen commission income in 3 months and are unlikely to in the next few weeks at least (due to having no active/pending). They could be frustrated with their current brokerage and/or considering a move.

Search 3: High Growth Agents Near My Offices

Filters:

  • Select “near my offices” OR type in one or more locations

  • Select “Completed 1+ transaction”

  • Exclude “Managing broker / Manager”

  • Exclude "Agents at My Offices"

  • Under “Potential to grow” select moderate or high

Purpose: These are agents our predictive model is flagging as having a moderate or high potential to grow their sales volume. This takes market conditions into account, so even in a down market this is a list of agents who are likely to increase their production (in other words, they share characteristics with agents who have increased their production in the past).

Search 4: Used to Work for Me

Filters:

  • Include “Previously worked at my company”

  • (optional) Select No active or pending

  • (optional) Exclude Closed a sale in last 90 days

Purpose: Similar to your Co-brokes, these are warm introductions. These are agents who used to work for you (we call them "Boomerang Agents") but (optional) currently have no active/pending and have not closed a sale recently. These could be good opportunities to re-engage with people you already know, particularly if their business is down since leaving.

Retention

Search 1: Vulnerable Agents at My Offices

Filters:

  • Include “Agents at My Offices”

  • Select “No active or pending”

  • Exclude “Closed a sale in last 90 days”

Purpose: To recognize and offer support to agents in your office who may need help to get back on track. These are your own agents, who have not closed a sale in 90 days and currently have no active or pending.

Search 2: All My Agents

Filters:

  • Include “Agents at My Offices”

Purpose: To maintain an up-to-date roster of your current agents for internal communication, performance tracking, and management.
