After creating your account, when you first log in to Courted you will be taken through our 5 step onboarding flow. Watch the video below and/or read this article for descriptions of each step and a video of the onboarding flow! After you complete each onboarding step, click "Next."

Offices
By default, you should have at least one office assigned to you. You may also have one or more related offices you do not manage assigned to you.
If you have too many offices assigned to you, click the Trash can icon next to any office that is not relevant.
If there is an office you manage that is not on the list, search for it by MLS ID and click "Add" to add it to your account.
Contact Information
Ensure your name, phone number, email, and other pieces of information are filled out. These will get pulled into emails and text messages that Courted helps generate for you.
Copy Key Benefits
A key benefit is something your brokerage offers that you would like to highlight to prospective agents. If someone else in your organization has previously set up their account, you will be able to copy any key benefits they have inputted. Simply click on the key benefit(s) you would like to copy and click "Next."
Create Key Benefits
You also have the option to create new key benefits from scratch. Courted has a number of categories to choose from, or you can create your own.
Note that key benefits do not have to be perfect! Input 3-4 key benefits and then feel free to move on to the next onboarding step.
Ideal Agent Persona
Finally, enter in your ideal agent persona for Courted Candidates (daily recommendations of agents to reach out to). This will help guide the platform on what types of agents to suggest to you. You will also be able to identify agents outside of these criteria, so feel free to approximate these requirements.
