We all know researching agents takes time. You want to show you've done your homework, know the agent's business, and have a clear point of view on how your brokerage can help level up their business.
Luckily, Courted makes it easy to generate personalized emails, texts, and phone calls that (1) demonstrate knowledge of the agent's business, (2) outline the unique benefits of your company, and (3) include a clear call to action (such as scheduling a meeting or grabbing coffee).

Generating a message
You can easily generate a message directly from an agent's profile. Note that Courted does not send anything directly from the platform β but Courted makes it very easy to generate a targeted, personalized message, and we allow you to easily insert those messages into your email or text message system to send directly.
In order to generate a message, click on ComposeAI on any agent's profile. This will cause the ComposeAI modal to pop out:
From the ComposeAI modal, select what you would like to highlight about your own company, as well as any custom instructions you've saved.
NOTE: If you have set default Key Benefits and Custom Instructions for each Agent Persona, ComposeAI will generate the first outreach message with those persona-specific defaults in mind.
From the chat, you can directly ask ComposeAI to edit the tone of your message or adjust the call to action by typing in your instructions and clicking the purple 'send' button.
You can also directly reference any data point on the agent's profile by clicking the Reference (+) button. This is a fantastic way to have ComposeAI reference the exact, concrete data from an agent's profile in your message and make it that much more personalized.
Once you're ready, click on the purple send button to send your new instructions to ComposeAI for an updated message.
Modify the resulting message however you would like directly in the text box.
IMPORTANT: Once you have something you are happy with, click Copy & Save. This will ensure the message is saved to the agent's Activity Log so you and your team can keep track of it. It will also copy the message to your clipboard.
We also recommend using the like and dislike button directly next to the Copy & Save button. Liking or disliking the draft you've created will help teach ComposeAI, so that the next time you generate a message, it can do that much better of a job sounding like you.
Lastly, if you aren't 100% sold and want ComposeAI to take another stab at the message, you can hit the Regenerate button to have ComposeAI draft your message again.
Once you've copied your message, paste it into your email and send it to the agent! You can also click on the email link below the message, which can open up your Gmail or Outlook and send the email directly. This article can help you configure your computer to accomplish that.
If you have a phone call with an agent, log any relevant Notes from the call and set followup Tasks accordingly.
