Generating a message
You can easily generate a message directly from an agent's profile. Note that Courted does not send anything directly from the platform – but Courted makes it very easy to generate a targeted, personalized message, and we allow you to easily insert those messages into your email or text message system to send directly.
In order to generate a message, click on ComposeAI on any agent's profile. This will cause the ComposeAI modal to pop out:
From the ComposeAI modal, select what you would like to highlight about the agent, and what you would like to highlight about your own company.
Click on Regenerate.
Modify the resulting message however you would like.
IMPORTANT: Once you have something you are happy with, click Copy & Save. This will ensure the message is saved to the agent's Activity Log so you and your team can keep track of it. It will also copy the message to your clipboard.
Paste the message into your email and send it to the agent! You can also click on the email link below the message, which can open up your Gmail or Outlook and send the email directly. This article can help you configure your computer to accomplish that.
If you have a phone call with an agent, log any relevant Notes from the call and set followup Tasks accordingly.
