Creating Your Courts

You must first define the 'court types' before you can setup particular 'courts.' To do this, we'll go to Settings > Court & Ball Machines > Court Types

From here, we can see any previously existing court types in our system.

Click the green 'Create court type' button at the top righthand corner of the page, to create a new type of court.

From here, I can create a new court type such as 'Pool' (if I had a pool at my facility).

Now, just 'Save changes' and you have successfully created a 'court type.'

Now that I have my 'court type' created, I can go to create the actual court. I'll go to Settings > Court & Ball Machines > Courts

From here, we'll see the list of any courts that I currently have, as well as the option to 'Create court' at the top righthand corner.

Now we can create our court (example: Pool). We can 'Name our court' and then select the appropriate 'Court type' from the drop-down menu.

If I scroll down, I can adjust the hours of operation for this particular court type.

NOTE: When customizing the hours for particular court types, it is important to remember courts cannot be open longer the facility's hours of operation.

How to Hide Court Type in Scheduler

Depending on the type of courts you have at your club, you may not want the type of court (hard courts, clay courts, pro courts, etc.) to be visible to members when they go to book a court.

To do this, go to Settings > General

Once here, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see 'Hide Court Types on Schedulers'

And now you have successfully hidden the court types from your Scheduler View on the Member's Portal.
