Generate a Payment Summary Report

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create and download a payment summary report.

  • Use Cases: System users can see all payments made to the club's CourtReserve account during a given day (or other time frame).


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click TRANSACTIONS > PAYMENT SUMMARY.

On the next page, set the report filters.

  1. Manually set the Start / End dates for payments, or use the blue buttons to set a time period.

  2. Use the default ALL settings for payment, membership, and system user (the user who ran the transaction) filters, or use the drop-down menus to configure custom settings.

  3. Use the checkboxes to include or exclude refunds.

After setting filters, the PAYMENT SUMMARY table displays the figures.

When viewing dollar amounts on the Payment Summary, system users can click on the dollar amounts to get a detailed breakdown of the total dollar amount shown on this report.

Exporting

To download or print the report, click the Export button. System users can download a file (.xlsx or PDF) or print the document.
