Notes on Schedulers

To create notes on Reservations that are visible to the Member Portal side, you would go here:

Now that we have created our Note, we need to make sure it's visible on the Member Portal side:

Settings > Organization Settings > General

By checking this box, you will now make Notes on Schedulers available for MEMBERS to see from the Member Portal.

If this box is NOT checked, the Notes will only be visible for Administrative users on the Admin side (all admins can see these, sub-admins can see these if they have access to schedulers).

Notes on Events

To add a note to an event in general, you would go here:

To add a note for a specific date, you would click on the PENCIL icon for a specific day:
