Editing Notification settings
After the system user creates an admin user account and clicks Save, CourtReserve displays the Edit User page. System users can review and update email notification settings for the admin user.
Click the Notifications tab to review the list of options. By default, all options are enabled. When one of these events occurs, CourtReserve sends the admin user an email message. Optionally, uncheck a box to disable one or more notifications.
Note: There is no Save button on the Notifications page. The platform saves all changes automatically.
Enterprise Admins
If your organization is part of an enterprise and you’d like to enable your admins to easily switch between locations, simply add the user and assign the same admin email address across all locations. Enterprises that use the same email for admins across locations unlock the convenience of Single Sign-On (SSO). With SSO, admins can seamlessly switch between organizations via a drop-down menu located at the top of the left navigation settings.
Add a new Admin.
Enter the same email address for the user as the previous location.
The user should now have a drop-down in the top of their left navigation to switch between locations.
Note: Admins and sub-admins do not need to be designated as Enterprise Managers to take advantage of this feature—having a shared email across locations is the only requirement.
To learn more about this Enterprise feature, check out Enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On).
