Streamline Event Management by Assigning a Coordinator

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Assign a Coordinator to an event.

  • Use Cases: Coordinators are essential for effective event management. When a system user assigns an event to a Sub-Admin with the Coordinator role enabled, the Coordinator gains the ability to manage and update that specific event.

PREREQUISITES

The Coordinator role must be enabled for a Sub-Admin. Click here to learn how to create a Sub-Admin and enable the Coordinator role.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The first step is to open the Event Settings page.

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click EVENTS > LIST.

  3. Locate the event to update and click the three-dot icon. The event page displays.

  4. Select Update.

Scroll down to the Coordinators heading.

  1. Click the Coordinators field and add one or more names.

  2. Click Save Changes.

FEATURE USAGE - USERR PERSPECTIVE

When the Coordinator logs in, CourtReserve displays the assigned event on the Events page. The Coordinator can click the three-dot icon to make changes.

If a Coordinator logs in and has no events assigned to them, "No Events Found" will appear on the Events page in CourtReserve.
