INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Assign a coordinator to an event.

  • Use Cases: Coordinators can help events run smoothly, so it makes sense to grant limited platform permissions to make required changes. Platform access at the event level is only possible when a system user assigns an event to a sub-admin with the Coordinator role enabled.

PREREQUISITES

The Coordinator role must be enabled for a sub-admin. Click here to learn how to create a sub-admin and enable the Coordinator role.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The first step is to open the Event Settings page.

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click EVENTS > LIST.

  3. Locate the event to update and click the three-dot icon. The event page displays.

Scroll down to the Coordinators heading.

  1. Click the field and add one or more coordinator names.

  2. Click Save Changes.

FEATURE USAGE - USER'S PERSPECTIVE

When the sub-admin logs in, CourtReserve displays the event on the Events page. The coordinator can click the three-dot icon to make changes.

If the coordinator is not assigned to the event, CourtReserve removes that event from the Events page.
