INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Give admins and members a more customized experience when interacting with membership information.

  • Use Cases: Design a user interface flow that aligns with your club’s preferences. Personalize the default prompts shown during membership sign-up, and tailor the member portal and mobile app by showing or hiding specific membership features.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  • Log in to the Admin dashboard.

  • Go to the side menu and click MEMBERSHIPS. A new page displays.

  • Click the Membership Settings tab.

Configure default settings

  • Default Membership on Add Member (Admin) - Use the drop-down menu to set the default membership option when an admin/system user creates an account for a member with the "Add Member" button.

  • Default Membership on Member/Player Portal - Use the drop-down menu to set the default membership option when a player joins the club on the member portal or mobile app.

  • Display Membership Short Code on Admin Schedulers - When the box is checked, the CourtReserve admin scheduler displays a short code next to a member/player name. Examples:

  • Display Membership Link for Anonymous Users - When the box is checked, the member portal and mobile app display a membership menu link at the top of the page. That link takes site visitors to a new page that shows membership options. Example member portal view below.

  • Membership Menu Link for Anonymous Users - Enter text for the menu link that takes site visitors to the membership options page. The default text is Memberships. Example marked with red arrow below.

  • Require Membership when Creating a Member/Player Account - When the box is checked, the member portal and mobile app display a Memberships drop-down menu. A site visitor is required to choose an option when creating an account.

  • Hide Feature Lists on Membership Purchase Page - When the box is checked, the member portal and mobile app hide membership detailed features in two places: the My Memberships page (for logged-in users) and the Membership Details page (for non-logged in site visitors). Example below:

  • Include Pre-Purchased Memberships in Total Assigned Memberships Amount - Check to include memberships with future start dates in the Total Assigned Memberships and Total Accounts amounts.

  • Enable Max Capacity (Waitlisting) Across ALL Memberships: check to enable waitlisting across all memberships

  • Family Membership Count As: If setting up a Family Membership, one instance of this membership either covers the entire family unit or one individual in the family.

  • When no memberships are available for purchase display the following message: If a membership option isn't available for a member/player, put a message here (for example, Contact us for options).

  • Public Membership Link: Copy this URL to use in social media posts, emails, web sites, etc. to display and sell your membership options.
