Selling Packages: Individuals vs. Families
There are two ways to sell a package in CourtReserve: to individuals or to families.
Individual Package Sales
When a package is sold to an individual, only the assigned owner can redeem (or "punch") it.
After clicking Sell Package:
Under the Package Name field, select a package.
Confirm the package details.
You can edit the punch count (use arrows next to Punch Count) and price (use pencil icon) on this screen, if needed.
Click Sell Package.
Family Package Sales
When a package is purchased by a family member, it can be shared with some or all members of the family.
Selling to a family is similar to selling to an individual, with one additional step:
In the Assignment Type field, select Family if the package will be shared. Note: Family will only display if the Member has a Family account set up.
Click the Family Member(s) field to choose one or more family members who can use the package (default is ALL).
You can edit the punch count (use arrows next to Punch Count) and price (use pencil icon) on this screen, if needed.
Click Sell Package.
CourtReserve will add the package to the Member’s account. The summary table under the Member's Billing > Packages tab will show:
