INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users can add a Package Category to help organize packages for both creation and reporting purposes.
Use Cases: Use categories to group packages into bundles and streamline reporting.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click SETTINGS on the side menu.
Scroll down to the BILLING SETTINGS heading.
Click the Package Categories icon. A new page displays.
To create a Package Category, click the Create Category button.
On the Create Category window:
Enter a category name.
Make sure the Is Active is checked. If not checked, system users cannot apply the tag to a package.
Click Save.
CourtReserve adds the package category to the list. Click Edit to change the category name or Delete to remove it from the platform.
Package categories help organize packages during creation and make it easier to filter and analyze them in the Packages report.

Package(s) Report: To access the report from the admin panel, navigate to REPORTS > PACKAGE(S). From there, you can use Package Categories to filter and narrow your view of the package data. Understand how to utilize the Packages report here.
