INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: System users can locate and access member profiles using the Search tool.

  • Use Cases: The Search tool is often the starting point for key tasks such as sending emails to members, updating profile information, reviewing membership status, checking payment details, and more.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard and navigate to MEMBERS > SEARCH.

  2. Go to the Search bar and enter at least three characters of the first name or last name.

  3. Find the member in the search results and click the pencil icon to open their profile.

Member List

System users can also search for and manage member data from various tabs in the side menu.

The LIST page is especially useful, offering quick access to several tools. Navigate to MEMBERS > LIST. Here you can:

  1. Use the Search bar and enter at least three characters of the first name or last name.

  2. Click Export to download an .xlsx file of the search results.

  3. Click Create Member to add a new member.

  4. Click Other Member Actions to:

    1. Download Template File - download the Member List .xlsx template that is used in the member import.

    2. Send Welcome Email - go to the Send Welcome Email page.

    3. Email Members - go to the Email Players page.

Note: If your organization reaches 1,000 members, the Members List switches to a look-up only search—you’ll no longer see a full list of members and can only search by name. This change is permanent, even if your member count drops below 1,000.

Active and Inactive Members

The Active and Inactive Members pages have the added benefit of immediately showing whether a member has an active club membership or not. Navigate to MEMBERS > ACTIVE MEMBERS or MEMBERS > INACTIVE MEMBERS. Here you can access the same functionality as the Member List but you are looking at a list of your active or inactive members.
