INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Create a disclosure on the membership sign-up form.

Use Cases: System users create disclosures to make sure that members have the information they need to make informed decisions. Disclosures may describe a club's terms of use and require agreement before a membership application can be approved. Disclosures may include a description of the risk assumed by the player or member when participating in club activities.

System users can also use advanced waivers with electronic signatures. Click here to learn more.
