Improve League and Session Management by assigning a Coordinator

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Assign a Coordinator to a league, or to specific league sessions.

  • Use Cases: Coordinators play a key role in managing leagues. Once a league or league session is assigned to a Sub-Admin with the Coordinator role enabled, the Coordinator can oversee and update all aspects of that specific league or session.

PREREQUISITES

The Coordinator role must be enabled for a Sub-Admin. Click here to learn how to create a Sub-Admin and enable the Coordinator role.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Assigning on a League-level

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click LEAGUES > LIST.

  3. Locate the League to update and click the Edit button. The league page displays.

Scroll down to the Coordinators heading.

  1. Click the field.

  2. Add one or more Coordinator names.

  3. Click Save Changes.

CourtReserve will assign this Sub-Admin as a Coordinator to all sessions in this league. To assign the Sub-Admin as a Coordinator to a specific sessions rather than all sessions, follow the steps below.

Assigning to one session

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click LEAGUES > SESSIONS.

  3. Locate the session to update and click the VIEW button. The session page displays.

Scroll down to the Coordinators heading.

  1. Click the field.

  2. Add one or more Coordinator names.

  3. Click Save Changes.


FEATURE USAGE - USER PERSPECTIVE

When the league Coordinator logs in, the Coordinator can go to the List or Sessions page to view the sessions they have permission to manage. Only those leagues or league sessions assigned will display.
