WHAT IS A SUB-ADMIN TEMPLATE?

A Sub-Admin Template is a time-saving tool designed to streamline the creation of Sub-Admin roles, such as Front Desk staff and Instructors. Instead of configuring each role from scratch for every individual user, the template allows you to pre-define common settings, ensuring that each new Sub-Admin role created in your locations adheres to these predefined standards.

CREATING YOUR ENTERPRISE SUB-ADMIN TEMPLATES

Once your Location Template is set up, you can begin creating Sub-Admin role templates for positions like Front Desk staff and Instructors.

  1. Access the Location Template:

    1. In the left navigation menu, expand the Enterprise section and click on Location Template.

    2. Within the Organization Settings row, locate and select System Users.

  2. Create a Sub-Admin Template:

    1. Navigate to the Sub-Admins tab and click the + Create Sub-Admin button.

Email: Use any dummy email address.

      2. Instructor Users
        First Name: Instructor
        Last Name: Template
Email: Use any dummy email address.
