Overview
Coworker makes it easy to manage your Agents after they're built. From the My Agents table, you can share an Agent with teammates, duplicate it to create a new version, or jump into editing at any time.
Editing your Agent
You can update your Agent's name, system prompt, tools, triggers, schedule, and any other configuration at any time.
Go to Agents in your Coworker workspace.
Find the Agent in the My Agents tab.
Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the Agent and select Edit, or click the Agent name to open the builder and then click Edit.
Make your changes and click Save.
Note: You can also access the share settings directly from the Edit page by clicking the share icon in the top bar (visible to the Agent owner only).
Sharing your Agent
Share an Agent with teammates so they can view and run it. By default, Agents are private to the person who created them.
Go to Agents and find the Agent in the My Agents tab.
Click the three-dot menu (...) and select Share.
In the share modal, search for teammates by name or email and add them.
Choose the access level β View and Use allows teammates to run the Agent but not modify it.
Click Save to apply sharing settings.
Shared Agents appear in your colleagues' Shared with Me tab and are indicated with a people icon in your My Agents table (hover to see who it's shared with).
From the share modal, you can also quickly copy:
The Slack command to trigger the Agent via Slack (
@Coworker +agent-name)The edit link to send directly to another owner
Note: Only the Agent owner can modify sharing settings. Non-owners can view and run a shared Agent but cannot edit or re-share it.
Duplicating your Agent
Duplicating creates a new, independent copy of an Agent β useful when you want to test a variation, build off an existing template, or create a personal version of a shared Agent.
Go to Agents and find the Agent you want to copy (in either My Agents or Shared with Me).
Click the three-dot menu (...) and select Duplicate.
The Agent builder opens with all settings pre-filled. The name will be prefixed with \[Copy\].
Review and adjust the configuration, then click Save to create your new Agent.
When you duplicate a shared Agent, the copy becomes yours β it will appear in your My Agents tab and is not shared with anyone by default.
Tip: Duplicating is also useful if you want to edit a shared read-only Agent. Open it, make your changes, and Coworker will offer you a Save as Copy option to save your version without affecting the original.
