How to create a Program to be used by your team

STEP 1: From the left menu bar, hover over Interactions (Shaking Hands) and select Programs.

STEP 2: Click Add next to Programs on the top left.

STEP 3: Name your Program.

STEP 4: Select an Interaction Type this Program falls under.

  • If you have not yet created an Interaction Type for this Program, you may create one by clicking Add A New Interaction Type.

STEP 5: If your chosen Interaction Type requires a location, you will need to choose:

  • Visits Required: Number of visits required to be done for this store for this Program during the Program dates.

  • Restrict to Assigned Reps: Checking this box only allows users to perform the Program on doors they are assigned to.

STEP 6: Enter a Start Date and End Date for your program.

STEP 7: Click Save Program. You will be automatically directed to your new Program’s management page, where you can add pages and questions, and publish your program.
