Sometimes you need to see all your different sales types together to get an idea of where you are succeeding and where you can improve. The Sales Dashboard can help with that, showing all store sales data broken out by store. It can be extremely helpful when gauging your stores against one another or seeing your progress over the month. Below, we will show you how to open and start utilizing the Sales Dashboard.
Begin by going to the menu on CPR Encompass and clicking Metric Reporting > Sales Dashboard.
At the top, you have store filters. You can refine your data by attributes associated with your stores and/or assigned stores. You can either scroll to find the option or start typing at the top of your options. Click the Update button to see the changes. You can also find the Export button here to get an excel document of your data or send this report to your email with the Subscribe button.
Below the filters, you will see the data widgets. These widgets give you the sum of the sales data from each column. This can be very useful if looking at multiple stores or a franchise of stores to get an idea overall of how they are doing for the month.
After the widgets are the main sales data broken out by store. This is where you can get a clear picture across all sales metrics of how your store(s) are doing for the month. You can sort your information by column using the arrows next to each column header.
If you see a store of interest and want more information about it, click on the store name and it will take you to their information, including Program reporting.
The Sales Dashboard in metric reporting is an invaluable tool for your store alignment and team management. This dashboard and the other CPR Encompass tools will allow you to take your stores to the next level.
