Step one: buy the 12-month update (one update = one user)
Step 2: Install the update
Updates install through the Craftsman Software Update utility (Windows only):
Fully close Construction Contract Writer.
Open the Windows Start menu and find Craftsman Software Update.
Run it and let it finish. It checks for both program updates and new legal data.
Reopen Contract Writer.
