Under Main Menu < Edit Menu, click:

Right-click (ctrl+click on some computers) in the estimate on the line you want to change -- text, cost or subtotal.
On the context menu, click Change Line.
In the dialog box that opens, make the changes needed.
When done, click Save.
Tips:
You can also change a text line by clicking where a change is needed. Then start typing.
You can also change a cost line by double-clicking on that line to open the Cost Row Editor.
You can also change a subtotal line by double-clicking on that line to open the Subtotal Row Editor.
